Materials Used
8 by8 Scalloped Edged White Base Card
Spellbinder Labels Die's have been used for layering, one has had a hole punched in to it to add the organza ribbon.
Blue Parchment Paper has been used for the flowers, that have been die-cut using an X Cut Die,
these have been embossed to add texture, in the centre of the flowers I have placed silver glitter dots.
